1. Business Information

2. Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by Ultimate Music Bingo and to every distance agreement entered into between Ultimate Music Bingo and the customer.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Products & Services
Ultimate Music Bingo provides digital products in the form of personalized Music Bingo games.
Customers may submit their own content, including titles, subtitles, and/or Spotify playlists. Based on this information, unique bingo cards are generated and delivered digitally in PDF format.
Obvious mistakes or errors in offers or product descriptions are not binding for Ultimate Music Bingo.
4. Agreement
An agreement is formed once the customer places an order and payment has been successfully completed.
Ultimate Music Bingo reserves the right to refuse orders or request additional information before processing an order.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be completed in advance using the available payment methods.
Products will only be delivered after full payment has been received.
6. Delivery
All products are delivered digitally by email. In most cases, delivery takes place within a few minutes after payment confirmation.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct email address and checking spam or junk folders if necessary.
If delivery is delayed due to a technical issue, customers should contact Ultimate Music Bingo using the email address provided above.
7. No Right of Withdrawal
The products delivered by Ultimate Music Bingo are personalized digital products that are not supplied on a physical medium.
Because of this, the right of withdrawal and cancellation does not apply in accordance with applicable consumer laws regarding customized digital content.
Once delivery has taken place, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.
8. Complaints & Corrections
If the delivered product clearly does not match the order due to an incorrect playlist, personalization error, or defective file, the customer must report this within a reasonable timeframe.
Ultimate Music Bingo may, at its own discretion, correct the issue, replace the product, or issue a refund.
9. Liability
Ultimate Music Bingo is not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
In all cases, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product involved.
10. Privacy & Data Processing
Customer data is only used for processing and delivering the Music Bingo products.
Submitted data may be stored for up to 12 months and will then be deleted.

11. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the delivered products remain the property of Ultimate Music Bingo.
Customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal use only.
It is not permitted to reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit the products without prior written permission from Ultimate Music Bingo.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and all agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
